Student Registration Agreement

Registration 

• All lessons are paid before the start of the lessons. You can choose to pay monthly
• Auto-Payment is required for all students. 
• Students are strongly encouraged to participate in the school concerts. 
• We charge monthly flat rate. 
• No Lessons during Christmas Break and Spring break. 

Payments

• Lessons will not commence until full tuition is submitted.  
• A late fee of 20$ will apply if not paid on the 1st of each month. 
• Planned vacations or other conflicts communicated in advance receive a make-up lesson credit.
• Automatic payment is required for all students, and is the preferred method of payment. 

Make-Up Lessons and Classes

• A maximum of 3 make-up lessons are allowed in each school year due to illness or emergencies. Make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the next term. 
• Winter term, Sept. – Dec., 

Spring term, Jan. – June.

Summer Term, July– Aug.

• There are no make-up lessons for group classes. 
• If the teacher is absent, then the lesson will be made up. 
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is needed to provide a make-up lesson.  
• Cancelled or no-show lessons are non-refundable. No exceptions. 

Refunds and Withdrawal Policy

• There are no refunds for scheduled trial lessons or group classes. 
• Written notice, not fewer than 14 days of the tuition payment being due is required to withdraw from private lessons for all terms. In the event that this deadline is not met, tuition will still be due and any automatic payments will still run on the first of the month.
• 2 weeks’ notice is needed for vacation. 
• Only the lessons remaining after the 14 days will be refunded.
